Returns / Refunds:
Understanding the challenges of online shopping, we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any uncertainties regarding fit or sizing. We are happy to provide advice, measurements, or photos to ensure you have all necessary information before making a purchase, thereby reducing the carbon footprint of each garment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.agendawpassion.com, you have the option to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that if you opt for delivery via a ParcelShop, the return period begins from the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.

To qualify for a return, the items must be unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and hangtags. Please include the invoice in your return package as proof of purchase, and your refund will be processed promptly to your account. Refunds will be issued only to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Non-conforming and Incorrect Goods:
In the event of non-conforming or incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service. If you notice any issues upon delivery, you should refuse to accept the goods.

You have several options in case of non-conforming or incorrect goods:

  • Return the goods for a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs.
  • Return the goods for replacement with similar items.
  • Keep the goods and request a proportional reduction of the purchase price.

When contacting Customer Service, please provide the order number, goods/item number, and details of the issue.

You are not responsible for the costs associated with returning non-conforming or incorrect goods. Once we receive the goods, we will refund the purchase price and delivery costs, unless you opt for replacement goods.

Exchanges:
You may exchange an order for a different size within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging and hangtags intact.

Delivery Information and Shipping:
 Currently, we offer free shipping on orders above 700 DKK within all EU countries. Deliveries to countries outside the EU incur shipping costs. EU orders are shipped via GLS or UPS, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 working days depending on the destination. In Denmark, deliveries are made to ParcelShops from Monday to Friday, while international orders are delivered to your specified address.

Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. If the package appears damaged when picked up from the ParcelShop, you should refuse to accept it. Any complaints regarding lack of conformity must be reported to us.

Tracking:
Upon shipment of your order from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package's delivery status. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Payment: We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • American Express

Your payment will be processed using the selected payment method when your goods leave our warehouse for delivery. All listed prices include taxes and value-added taxes. Delivery, freight, or postage costs may vary and will be added to each order.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under the Terms due to events beyond our control.

Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions prohibits you from ordering or purchasing goods on the website.

Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
